Don’t let the simplicity fool you though, the workouts are hard.
If you haven’t targeted your abs in a while, you’re likely to be suffering from delayed onset muscle soreness (DOMS) for a day or two afterwards. Start with program one and work your way up to programs two and three only if necessary.
