It seems you either love Jillian or you hate her. Most of the reviews for this workout are awesome, but I find it good to know what the bad reviews are saying.
The workouts were provided free online through BeFit, but they seem to have been made private.

If you’ve done any of Jillian’s other videos you probably know she’s big on jumping jacks and other cardio moves. Depending on your home set up and when you plan on doing this workout, keep in mind that it could get noisy with all the jumping.
I also noticed a complaint or two regarding all the jumping, causing some knee injury, so you need to be careful and be aware of your body.
Of course, there is Jillian’s signature yelling, and although I haven’t done this workout, I’m 99% sure she’s telling you not to, “Phone it in”. One Amazon review was pretty funny, saying the workout would have been great if they muted Jillian’s voice. But come on, you should know what you’re in for. It’s Jillian Michaels.
The last complaint was regarding fitness level. This one is interesting, because I would argue, you should be able to increase the intensity of any workout, but a few people said this is more of a beginner workout, not for intermediate or advanced.
