We all know life is supposed to be about the journey, but it’s so easy to get caught up in attaining future goals.

Even though I know that it’s not, I’ll be happy when, that if you want to be happy you need to be happy now, I still have those, ideas that life will be better when… It’s a little different but not really.

Goals really are much more easily attained when we aren’t thinking about them so much.

That might sound odd, we are told to visualize our goals, and what we focus on expands.

The problem is most of the time we are not actually thinking about our goal, we are thinking about the fact that we don’t have it yet.

We are focused on the gap from where we are to where we want to be.

Focusing on the gap creates resistance, what we focus on does expand and we make sure that gap stays exactly where it is.
