71 days, 14 weeks of real time workouts with the awesome Lisa from BodyRock TV.

Start out with a 16 minute workout on day 1, then the next day you do day one workout plus day two.

On Day three, you do day one workout, day two and day three, until you hit day 5 then you get 2 days rest.

It’s really nice how it progresses. Day 1 feels so awesomely easy.

You’re dying by the end of the week, but it’s all good because you get two days rest.

Pair that with one cheat day a week for finishing all your workouts and you are golden.

Workouts like these are so great because you are doing something different everyday.

The workouts go by faster, mentally when you don’t know what’s coming next.

Unlike the Jillian Michael’s 30 Day Shred.

As awesome as those 3 workouts are it can get a little stale if you’ve got a bit to lose.

What Equipment Will I Need?

You can get an amazing workout with these videos using no weight at all. I swear!

If she is using a piece of equipment you don’t have, modify or do something else.

Most of the time I don’t skip.

I use the treadmill or the elliptical for my cardio because that’s the equipment I have and that’s what I like to use.

If you want to get a new piece of eqipment go for it.

It’s fun and motivating.

But remember you don’t need anything more then what you already have.

Yourself.

Don’t let gym equipment be an excuse for not starting today or tomorrow, depending on when you are reading this.
