What if you don’t want to be the average of those five people? What if you are looking to grow beyond that?

 

When you are just starting out, for example in the area of fitness, if the five closest people around you are not modeling the fitness and health behaviors that you want, then you need to spend time with others even if that is spending time listening to or watching people online.

Spending time with people through video and podcasts, even social media can help you move in the right direction.
