I love this recipe. It’s super easy to make, my main criteria for any recipe. It’s got great healthy fats, high in iron and very filing. You’re kids might even love it too.



Shelled Avocado Salad

  • Avocado
  • 30 ounce chick peas
  • 1 can baby clams
  • 1 can escargot
  • ¼ cup sunflower seeds
  • 2 table spoons lemon juice ( fresh squeezed if possible)
  • 1 pinch dried cilantro
  • 1 teaspoon garlic puree or powder
  1. Peel avocado and cut into bite size pieces
  2. Drain fluid from chick peas and rinse
  3. Drain fluids from clams and escargot
  4. Put all ingredients into med size mixing bowl and mix
