It’s always hard when starting a workout program like a 30 day challenge. Often times people complete the challenge and don’t get the results they felt were promised in the advertising. 99% of the time that is because you can’t out work a bad diet.

By bad diet I mean a diet were you are eating more calories than you are burning. You 100% need to be in a calorie deficit to burn fat.

How To Lose Weight Through Diet Only?

Is it possible to lose weight without going to the gym, without working out? Yes, yes it is. Honestly, it is best to workout with losing weight. Because working out with weights or body weight helps to ensure you save more muscle and burn more fat.

But it’s totally possible to lose fat through diet only. If you are just starting to create healthier habits this might be the best place to start. It has been proven that we only have so much willpower each day.

    What if i dont want to LOSE weight while doing the 30 day shred? Im not overweight, I just want to tone up and my current workout of the same routine is no longer giving me results. I read good reviews on this workout. I’m on day 3 and I am sore! More sore than when I was doing squats and lunges etc. i think my muscles were getting used to that routine and just ‘checked out’. I dont want to count calories because i dont need to. Will i still get results?

    With regards to the meal plan…when the recipe calls for you to cut something in half such as the lunch and breakfast wraps, are you only supposed to eat half?

      Hi Christy, from what I read in her meal plan, the cutting in half is just for presentation. You would eat the whole the breakfast wrap.
