The Lebert Equalizer is a great addition.

I have this exact set. Before I got them I just used to chairs, the chairs are not as stable as an Equalizer but it was something.

So you can do with out these but now having a set I can say for sure they are way more fun to use than two chairs, a lot less work picking up and putting into place as well.

Body weight exercises are awesome but you can get to a point where you need to make each exercise more challenging if you want to grow and improve your fitness.

Working out can only take you so far. Remember bodies are made in the kitchen. You are what you eat.

Gymboss Interval Timer and Stopwatch

I have to be honest, I don’t have a Gymboss Interval Timer yet. I just follow along with the real time workouts.

BodyRock Tv has a lot of workouts on their site where there is no video to follow along with, I can’t get motivated to do them. Maybe one day.
