It’s amazing what you can find when you start searching. Project Life Mastery looks like a blog I’m going to very much enjoy. I feel like I just found my twin. I need to create my morning ritual.
Abraham Hicks – The easiest way to start positive momentum
I’m committed to feeling great and I’ve found currently that listening to Esther Hicks videos on YouTube has been putting me in a very positive mindset.
My Workout Today ~ Day #26 – Real Time 30 Day Challenge + Chest & Back Burnout
Awesome workout. Day #26 is actually a repeat of day #8. I can’t believe I’ve almost finished the entire 30 day challenge. For most of the challenge I’ve created a daily calorie deficit between 500 to 1000. Eating around 1350 to 1700 calories a day. So far I’ve lost 3.6 lbs and I have certainly gained strength. The last two days since coming home, I’ve pretty much ate as much as I burned, today I’m going to gain focus, willpower anything and get back to the 1350 calories a day.
I very much think food quality is important for health and well-being, but I want you to know that 100% it is not required for fat loss. Fat loss is pretty much about the calories you eat and the calories you burn, there are tons of people will tell you that, that is not 100% true and they would be right. But it’s true enough that if you are looking to lose fat, you don’t need to worry about not true part. After I finish this round of the 30 day challenge, I’ll take some new photos, post them and then I’m going to start over again. I pretty confident that I have 4 to 6 more weeks before reaching my fat loss goal, or my goal of a 25″ waist, providing I can maintain a 500 -1000 a day calorie deficit. The workouts are awesome and important for building lean muscle, but without the calorie deficit I will never reach my goals.

Weekly Home Blessing Hour - Download This Episode
I know it’s a weekly home blessing hour, however, I’ve been away from home for awhile and now that I’m back, I have some catching up to do and I have some time. I won’t necessarily continue to follow the exact tasks, but I enjoy keeping someone me company while cleaning and organizing.
Update: House is looking much, much better. I tried to just set a timer and do 6 tasks for 10 minutes each, but I procrastinated. Something about turning on the podcast and saying, “On Your Mark, Get Set, Go!” gets my butt moving.
What I Need Help With
While I was away, I was very distracted and it was easy to not think about food, making it easy to diet and make good food choices when it was time to eat. Now that I’m home and not so distracted, creating a calorie deficit has not been going well. I haven’t gone over my maintenance calories, but without a deficient I’m certainly not going to lose any fat.
Update: I decided that sharing what I actually eat here on this blog will help keep me accountable. And even after starting to share my food, I still got into the candy. I need to find some intermittent fasting / dieting / fat loss podcasts to listen to, to keep my willpower up. I need to stay focused on the time frame, just 21 days. Keep the image of what I want in my head. Stop eating the F*Cking chocolate lol
I need to get my taxes and finances done and in order. Update: made no progress (MNP) today.
I processed my inbox while I was away, but I never seem to get to actually actioning the action folder of emails. Update: MNP
Going to bed now, I’ll add to this post as my day progresses.
Podcasts I listened to today:
I actually listened to a few podcasts today but this was the only memorable one that inspired me.
