After making great progress following a meal plan, I often go off and try to wing it.
It always ends badly. I can not wing it when it comes to food. Especially, when I’m trying to lose weight.
I need a written out plan, with the food and the times at which I eat. The plans that I’ve had most success with, are the plans that suggest 6 meals a day. Breakfast, lunch, dinner with 3 snacks/drinks.
The meals for me, are around 400 calories and the snacks are around 120 calories. I can make my own plan, but I have to pick out the meals, make sure they meet my calorie requirements and then I have to write it down.
I’m always looking for new ideas, new meals to move in and out of my basic plan. If you can find meals you truly love, foods you crave, healthy meals that can become your comfort food, then sticking to a healthy eating is effortless.
I haven’t tried all of these, but my favorite so far has to be the fruity nut wrap, omg, as soon as I saw this, I knew I would love it. I’d love to know what your favorites are. Be sure to comment below!
