You might be tempted to feel the first plan is better since it would result in faster fat loss. Remember, it can result in faster weight loss if you can stick with it. But if you are able to stick with it and binge the results would have been better if you went with the slightly easier diet in the first place.
After testing out many diet meal plans, I would recommend starting with this one. Your willpower strengths the more you use it. Try this meal plan for two weeks, then go back to maintenance for at least two weeks. After that you can come back to this meal plan, or try one of the other ones.
