I decided to complete the Body For Life Challenge. But instead of following their workout and food guidelines, I went to Maggie D, a fitness model I love! I got her to write me up a meal plan and exercise plan. Instead of doing the cheat day as Bill suggests, Maggie only suggested a cheat meal once a week. Below are the pictures of my results.
