It’s fun how looking back 60 days goes by so quickly, but looking forward 60 days seems like forever. Especially when you are talking calorie restriction and a new workout plan.
Looking back, I don’t feel like I had to kill myself in the gym and I really didn’t feel like I was starving. But again during, I remember counting down the minutes to each meal. I remember praying for that cheat meal. lol
The best body transformation results I’ve ever gotten was from completing the Body For Life Challenge. Instead of following their workout and food guidelines, I went to Maggie D, a fitness model I love!
Being motivated from the rewards of competing in the body for life challenge and the faith that I would see results from the complete workout and meal plan I had I followed everything almost to a tee.
Instead of doing the cheat day as Bill suggests, Maggie only suggested a cheat meal once a week. Below are the pictures of my results.
If you need that extra motivation to keep you consistent with diet and exercise, I highly recommend something like the Body For Life Challenge.
